Mette C Tollones from the University of Bergen, Norway, proving that a normal birth reduces the risk of babies suffering from asthma. From the research that he did with 1.7 million babies, babies born through risky surgery suffer from asthma by 15%.

This happens because they often have difficulty breathing due to it’s lungs have not completely clean of amniotic fluid, because the moment of birth is not strong enough pressure in the chest. Meanwhile, babies born through the narrow ways, will have a very strong pressure in it’s chest so that all the amniotic fluid in babies lungs, pumping out. Emptying of the lungs that are not perfect in babies born by caesarean section, proved to have an impact on lung function later in life.

Let us first identify the type of your PMS. The following four types according to Dr STD. Guy E. Abraham, gynecologists and obstetrics of the Faculty of Medicine, UCLA, United States, based on symptoms:

1.Type A (Anxiety)
This type of PMS is caused by an imbalance of hormones estrogen and progesterone, in which the hormone estrogen is higher than the hormone progesterone. The resulting symptoms are anxious, sensitive, nervous tension, instability, or mild to moderate depression.

2.Type H (Hyperhydration)
PMS is caused by the type of water gathering on the network outside the cell because of the high intake of salt or sugar in the diet of the patient. The resulting symptoms are swelling of the hands and feet, abdominal bloating, pain in the breast, and increase in body weight prior to menstruation.

3.Type C (craving)
This type of PMS is caused by increased spending in the hormone insulin in the body, stress, eating too much salt, and consume less omega 6 or magnesium. The resulting symptoms: hunger and desire to eat chocolate or sugar. Generally, some time after eating sweet foods in large amounts, symptoms of fatigue, palpitations, headaches, and even fainting.

4.Type D (Depression)
This type of PMS is usually held in conjunction with PMS type A. The cause is an imbalance of hormones estrogen and progesterone, the hormone progesterone which is higher than the hormone estrogen. The resulting symptoms are depression, like crying, weakness, sleep disturbances, forgetfulness, confusion, difficult words, even the occasional feeling suicidal.

If you experience any of the above four types of PMS, here’s how to overcome them:
PMS type A: Overcome by consuming a lot of fiber foods and drink less coffee.
PMS type H: Reduce consumption of sugar and salt, and limit drinks.
PMS type C: Overcome with low-salt diet, and limit intake of high calorie foods that are too sweet like sugar, chocolate, honey, and ice cream.
PMS type D: Can be overcome by eating foods containing vitamin B6 such as nuts, soy, brown rice, and magnesium (such as fresh green vegetables or fruits).
